We move through seasons. Each one asks something different of our erotic selves.

Parenthood changes things. What happens next?

You love your kids, and a lot of your life may be everything you hoped for. And yet, becoming a parent can change your relationship to your body, your desire, your partner, and yourself in ways you never quite anticipated.

Your sex life might look different. Your priorities may have shifted. Even familiar patterns, like how you touch, who initiates, and what feels good, might not feel so familiar anymore.

I'm curious about what happens to intimacy as our lives change.

What we want more of. What we're curious about. What we'd like to explore. And what possibilities we haven't even considered.

Nothing has to be wrong for there to be more to discover.

Sound familiar?

01
You're figuring out who you're becoming.
Having a child changes you. Your body, your priorities, your identity, your relationship to time. Maybe you miss parts of who you were. Maybe you're excited about who you're becoming. Either way, there's more to you than being someone's parent. What parts of yourself do you want to rediscover? What new parts are waiting to emerge?
02
You want to know what you actually want.
After years of anticipating everyone else's needs, it's worth turning some attention back to yourself. What feels good? What are you drawn to? What do you want more of? What have you been curious about but never made room for? And what might you discover if you gave yourself permission to want something simply because you want it?
03
You're curious about what sex and intimacy could look like now.
Maybe desire has changed. Maybe you're touched out, or initiating feels complicated, or you and your partner want different things. Maybe you want more sex, different sex, less pressure, or a completely new conversation about intimacy. What if this chapter didn't have to be about getting back to how things were, but discovering what feels good now?
04
You want to keep discovering each other.
You love your life together, but somewhere along the way you've become extremely efficient co-managers of a household. What else is there to explore? How do you stay connected while remaining your own person? How do you make room for surprise, play, independence, and new ways of being together?
05
Your experiences have changed the way you relate to your body and each other.
Maybe there were years of tracking cycles, scheduling around appointments, and waiting for results. Maybe pregnancy, birth, or loss changed your relationship to your body, touch, or sex. These experiences can leave a mark on intimacy in ways that aren't always easy to articulate. There's room to get curious about what's there, what you want now, and what might feel different.
06
You suspect there's more to discover.
Maybe the old scripts don't quite fit anymore. Maybe there are conversations you've never had, things you've wanted to try, or parts of yourself and each other you haven't had much room to explore. You're interested in what happens when you stop assuming intimacy has to look the way it always has.

Okay, so what do we do?

We get curious.

We talk about sex, desire, identity, boundaries, pleasure, and partnership, and how all of these can shift when you become parents. What happens to your sense of self when so much revolves around your kids? What happens to desire when you're exhausted, touched out, or more in sync as co-parents than romantic partners?

We look at the scripts you've inherited, the patterns you've fallen into since having kids, and what you might want to do differently. Through conversation, creative exploration, and experimentation, we make room for new perspectives, unexpected discoveries, and possibilities you might not have considered.

It's a chance to reconnect with yourself, get curious about what you want in this season of life, and explore what intimacy could look like for you now, as individuals, as partners, and as parents.

Start wherever you are, and we'll take it from there.

Sexuality educator & intimacy practitioner

Hi, I'm Alessandra.

Since I was a teenager, I've been the friend people come to with questions about sex, relationships, and desire. After ten years as a tech executive, I now work with individuals and couples around sexuality, desire, and connection, and as a mom myself I'm especially interested in how parenthood changes our relationships with our bodies, our partners, and ourselves.
